1 General Provisions
ck99 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using the website, opening an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these terms and conditions.

3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
3.2 Personal Information Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Giving anyone else access to your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the ck99 support team immediately.
3.3 Account Verification
To ensure security and fair use, ck99 may request identity verification at any time. If the required documents for verification are not submitted on time, account activity may be temporarily restricted.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
Accepted methods for depositing funds at ck99 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Participation in any game is not permitted until a deposit has been processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, in some cases there may be a slight delay due to verification requirements.

4.3 Transaction Security

5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New accounts at ck99 receive a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount never exceeds ৳8,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,200 — total ৳2,200
- Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and get a bonus of ৳8,000 — total ৳22,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit.
Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If abuse of the bonus system, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity is detected, ck99 reserves the right to close the relevant account and cancel the bonus amount.
6 Game Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ck99 believes in fair play. All game outcomes are impartial and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to artificially control the outcome of any game is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Technical Errors
If an abnormal outcome occurs due to a technical error or software bug, ck99 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. Any amount gained by exploiting an error will be cancelled.
6.3 Available Games
ck99 offers slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting, and various other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
7 Sports Betting
7.1 General Betting Rules
ck99 allows betting on cricket and various other sports. It is the user's own responsibility to verify the details of an event before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
7.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions
ck99 may cancel a bet in the following situations:
- If the event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical data error
- If a bet is accepted after the event has already concluded
7.3 Match Fixing Policy
If a bet is found to be connected to match fixing or any fraudulent activity, ck99 will cancel it and close the associated account.
8 VIP Program
ck99's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play. The account must remain active and verified to receive VIP benefits. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week.
ck99 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program or cancel the program at any time. Users will be notified of such changes in advance wherever possible.
9 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck99 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Abusing the bonus system or deliberate bonus hunting
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Using automated bots, software, or scripts
- Unauthorized access to another user's account
- Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any game
- Using fraudulent payment information
- Harassing or threatening other users
Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be cancelled, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
10 Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 ck99's Rights
ck99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Not meeting age requirements
- Identification of a security risk
10.2 User Rights
You may close your own account at any time by notifying the ck99 support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed; however, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus funds will be cancelled.
